How do I buy tickets on queueIn?

You can send an offer to any listing you are interested in purchasing. Once the seller accepts your offer, you can chat with the seller directly to complete the transaction.

If you'd like to purchase tickets listed as 'Instant Buy', simply pay with credit cards or Venmo, and tickets will be sent to your email instantly.

What is an 'Instant Buy' listing/ticket?

An 'Instant Buy' listing is upgraded by seller for faster and more secure transaction with queueIn. Once the transaction is processed, the PDF ticket(s) will be delivered automatically to the buyer's email address. All 'Instant Buy' tickets come with buyer protection and you will get a full refund if your ticket is invalid.

Do I get charged fees buying tickets with queueIn?

No. Sending offers is always free on queueIn. You can send an offer to any listing you are interested in and get connected with the seller to buy tickets.

We do charge a small service fee (5% of listing price) for 'Instant Buy' transactions. We do so only to cover our operational costs and keep our awesome community going! :)

Can you guarantee that all the tickets are valid?

Sorry, although we do our best to validate and verify sellers on our platform, we can’t guarantee that all tickets are valid. Please be aware that you are taking your own risks buying tickets at any second-hand ticket markets.

However, tickets listed as 'Instant Buy' offer you fan protection that if in any case you tickets are invalid, we will issue you a full refund.

How do you verify sellers?

We use user’s Facebook account to verify user’s social network identity. We also verify phone numbers and email addresses. Any suspicious or fake profile will be removed immediately upon check points.

The ticket I want to purchase is not listed as 'Instant Buy', can I still get fan protection?

Yes. If you are interested in a listing/ticket but it’s not listed as 'Instant Buy', simply send seller an offer. Once connected with the seller, simply suggest seller 'Upgrade' his/her listing to 'Instant Purchase' and then purchase tickets via queueIn.

How do I make a payment? How do I get tickets after I make a payment?

After your offer gets accepted, you will have to communicate with seller to make a payment directly to seller. Tickets will be delivered directly by seller. (Email, mail or in-person meet up)

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use BrainTree (owned by PayPal), an industry-leading secure online payment solution for our transactions. They have built complex system to make sure all payment information is secure. Learn more about BrainTree.

Can I cancel an 'Instant Buy' order?

No, sorry. All sales are final. You can’t cancel an order once it’s processed. If an event is canceled without rescheduling, you will get a full refund on your order.

What happens if ticket is never delivered to me or my ticket doesn’t work?

If you are buying ticket directly from seller, please contact the seller regarding ticket delivery. If the seller stops responding or keeps making excuses of delaying delivery, please ‘Report User’ to queueIn and we will contact seller to resolve the issue. If your ticket is denied entry, you need to report to us as soon as possible by. We will start an investigation to find out what happened and work together to find a solution to this.

If you’ve purchased an 'Instant' ticket, your ticket will be delivered to your email address instantly. In any case a ticket doesn’t work, and you’ve contacted us within 24 hours after the event happens with valid proof, we will issue you a full refund. See refund policy and terms conditions.

There is another person’s name on my ticket, can I still use it?

Yes. Usually the name on the ticket is the name of the person who initially bought the ticket. It does not matter who the ticket is addressed to, the barcode is the only thing venue scans at entrance and that is unique for every ticket.

Do you have all the events? What do I do if I can’t find the event I’m looking to attend?

Although we do our best to add the newest events in our available cities, it’s possible that we don’t have all the anticipated events in a timely manner. If you can’t find your event, simply fill out the Request Event form on queueIn, we promise to add the event within a few hours.

How do I sell my tickets on queueIn?

You can create a listing for the tickets you are selling under the correct event page. Buyers who are interested in your tickets will send you an offer, once you accept the offer you can message the buyer directly to sell your tickets.

You may 'Upgrade' your listing to 'Instant' to allow buyers to purchase tickets instantly, therefore sell tickets faster and more securely.

Do I list my tickets myself?

Yes, you can list your own tickets under the event page. You can also set up your own listing price, whether or not you accept OBO as well as a minimum price.

Do I upload my tickets onto queueIn?

No, you don’t need to upload your tickets when you first create a listing on queueIn. We make it super easy for everyone to put your tickets up for sale. However, you will need to upload your tickets when you ‘Upgrade’ your listing to 'Instant' so anyone can buy your tickets instantly and securely.

What is an 'Instant' listing?

An 'Instant' listing is upgraded by seller for faster and more secured transaction with queueIn. Once the transaction is processed, the PDF ticket(s) will be delivered directly to the buyer's email address, and seller will be paid automatically by queueIn with preferred payout.

How do I 'Upgrade' my listing to 'Instant'?

'Upgrade' listing is super easy. Simply go to your listing that you wish to upgrade and click on 'Upgrade' button, follow the steps to upload your tickets and set up your payout, and your listing will be shown as 'Instant'.

What happens when I 'Accept' or 'Decline' an offer?

When you 'Accept' an offer, you will be connected with the potential buyer. You can chat with buyer directly through queueIn message system. When you ‘Decline’ an offer, we will automatically notify the buyer, your listing will stay active so you can continue receiving more offers.

How do I get paid?

You will be paid directly by your buyer after you’ve been connected successfully. If you’ve upgraded your listing to 'Instant Buy', you will set up your own payout method and get paid after your ticket sales.

What is a payout?

A payout is the fund you’ll receive from queueIn for your ticket sales. Payouts will be released 24 hours after the event, however it may take up to 5 business days to appear.

You can set up your payout using Venmo or a US bank account.

Can I sell hard copy tickets using 'Instant Buy'?

Unfortunately not. 'Instant Buy' is currently only available for electronic tickets. Please make sure to upload the original PDF tickets. Scanned or photographed tickets are not allowed.

Do I get charged fees selling tickets on queueIn?

No. Creating a listing is always free on queueIn. You can also create multiple listings for different events. After you accept an offer, you will be paid by the buyer directly for your ticket sales.

Can I delete or update my listing?

Yes, you can delete or update your listing at anytime. However, if you’ve upgraded your listing to 'Instant Buy', you can only delete or update your listing if ticket has not been sold. Once your ‘Instant Buy’ ticket has been purchased, we will automatically send buyer the ticket and we will not be able to cancel the order for you. We suggest sharing the queueIn generated unique listing link everywhere so anyone can buy your ticket instantly. This will be the easiest and safest way to sell your ticket!
